Mango Mojito Mocktail Recipe – Mango Mocktail is a delicious and refreshing non-alcoholic drink which is perfect for the hot summer. This mocktail has no alcohol so can be enjoyed by all. It’s very easy to make and can be prepared in less than 5 minutes! Perfect for parties and family get-togethers.

Summertime is all about fruity drinks! Recipes like this Watermelon Mocktail , Tropical Smoothie and Mango Lassi are always on rotation!

This mango drink is a non alcoholic version of the Mojito cocktail – it’s made with mint, lime with an exotic twist of mango. I like to top it up with sparkling water or soda for refreshing fizz!

You can try these other non alcoholic drinks: Non alcoholic Mimosa , Cranberry Mocktail or Rose Mocktail .

Great drink for the whole family – can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike. You’ll enjoy homemade butterbeer recipe too.

Mango Mocktail Ingredients

Mango Juice

Alternatively, use either homemade mango pulp or store bought.

You can make mango puree at home if you blend fresh mango. You will need a blender.

Lime – fresh lime juice is best but you can use bottled too.

Sparkling water – aka club soda

Mint – You need fresh mint leaves and optionally a mint sprig as a garnish as an alternative, use fresh basil leaves

Optional

Sugar or sweetener if your mango isn’t sweet enough. Add in a simple syrup or agave

A tiny pinch of salt can bring out the sweetness of the mango.

Variations

  • To make it boozy add white rum or vodka.
  • Flavour variations by adding different flavours. Add a hint of spice to make a spicy mango mocktail by adding a slice of fresh jalapeno to the mint and lime. Adding fresh ginger is another option.
  • Add pineapple juice to make it a mango pineapple mocktail . You can also add orange juice.
  • Use coconut water in place of the sparkling water. Another option is to use ginger-beer for a new depth of flavour!

How to make Mango Mocktail

Take serving glasses, add lime slices, few mint leaves and 1 tablespoon sugar in each glass.

Using muddler or wooden spoon or rolling pin muddle for a few seconds.

Fill the glasses halfway with ice cubes.

Pour the mango pulp/juice over the ice cubes, filling the glasses almost to 1/3.

Top it up with sparkling water or sprite.

Give the mocktails a gentle stir with a spoon to incorporate the flavors.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint leaves and a slice of lime.

Serve the mango mocktails immediately and enjoy!

Pro Tips

  • If making your own mango puree use fresh, ripe mangoes for rich mango nectar
  • Add sugar as required – taste test your mangoes first
  • Use fresh mint and lime juice for best results
  • Do not over muddle the mint and lime as they turn bitter
  • Only add the soda just before serving – otherwise you will loose fizz and the taste overtime will be altered.

Serving Suggestions

Mango Mocktail is great as a refreshing drink on its own but also alongside snacks, lunch and dinner!

Storage

You can store the mango juice in an airtight container the refrigerator until ready to serve.

It will last for 1-2 days – after which it will loose its freshness.

Equipment

  • 2 cup sparkling water or sprite
  • 2 limes cut into slices or wedges

Air Fryer Bread Pizza Ingredients

French bread – you can buy fresh french baguette. You can also use any other fresh crusty bread. You can buy ready made Texas Toast which also works well

If using italian bread like focaccia, you can make these Air Fryer Focaccia Pizza !

Passata / marinara sauce / homemade pizza sauce

For a pizza that is a little bit different, you may want to use alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. Garlic butter is another tasty option – it will taste a bit more like garlic toast!

Cheese – I have used mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese but you can use any cheese of your choice that melts. Parmesan cheese adds great flavour.

Favorite toppings of choice – you can add your own toppings.

Go for simple cheese and tomato

Vegetable pizza – such as bell pepper, olives, onions, fresh tomatoes and jalapeno or green chillies.

Meat – pepperoni, chicken or other

Herbs – I have used fresh basil leaves.

Seasonings : Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes,

How to Air Fry French Bread Pizza

I have used the Instant Pot air fryer. You can use the cosori air fryer or any other brand.

Preheat the Air Fryer at 180 degrees C / 360 degrees F

Slice a loaf of French bread pizza. Cut in half lengthways and then into smaller pieces as needed. Cut into sizes based on the size of your air fryer

Spread a layer of the pizza sauce on the cut side of the bread.

Add on either grated or torn cheese.

Top with your favourite pizza toppings.

Sprinkle some more cheese and drizzle some olive oil.

Either place the pizza directly in the air fryer or use a baking sheet / aluminium foil to catch the cheese

Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket

Air Fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey. If the pizza crust begins to brown too fast, turn down the temperature.

The cooking time may vary based on the type of air fryer and the pizza.

Serve immediately or allow to cool slightly then pack into containers for lunch or picnics.

Air Fryer Frozen French Bread Pizza

You can find frozen pizza in the freezer section of the grocery store. Different brands are available.

In America, you can find Stouffer’s French Bread Pizza, Red Baron French Bread Pizza

Preheat the Air Fryer to 200 C or 400 F

Air Fry for 5-7 minutes or until hot through and the cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Vegetable Skewers: Grill or roast some colorful vegetable skewers in the oven or on a stovetop grill. Bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and onions work great for this. They add a healthy and flavorful touch to your meal.

Garlic Breadsticks: It’s a delicious side that complements the bread pizza perfectly. Other sides include Air Fryer Breaded Mushrooms or Air fryer Avocado Fries .

Air Fryer French Bread Pizza

Equipment

  • 1 Sharp bread knife
  • 1 Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 french bread baguette
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ⅛ cup mozarella cheese
  • ¼ cup tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup green pepper sliced
  • ⅛ cup red onion sliced
  • ⅛ cup black olives sliced
  • ⅛ cup basil fresh
  • 2 tablsepoon olive oil optional

Instructions
