1 Cook Pasta
EASY VEGETARIAN AIR FRYER RECIPE

TIK-TOK AIR FRYER PASTA CHIPS
Ingredients
- 1 Cup fusilli pasta 200g
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp. Za’atar mix
- Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp. tahini
- 2 tbsp. harrisa sauce/paste
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions and drain.
- Add pasta with olive oil, yeast, salt, and za’atar mix in a mixing bowl.
- Toss well, so all the seasoning coats well to the pasta.
- Preheat the air fryer at 200C for 5 minutes, and air fryer the pasta for 10-12 minutes at 200C.
- Toss the pasta couple of times, cook until pasta is golden light brown and crispy.
- Serve the pasta chips immediately with harissa tahini sauce.

MULTIGRAIN FLOUR FOR CHAPATTI/ROTI
Ingredients
- 1 cup soya flour 100g
- 1 cup chickpea flour 100g
- 1 cup sorghum flour 136g
- 1 cup pearl millet flour 120
- 1 cup quinoa flour 120g
- 1 cup barley flour 150g
