1 Cook Pasta

TIK-TOK AIR FRYER PASTA CHIPS

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup fusilli pasta 200g
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp. Za’atar mix
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 tbsp. tahini
  • 2 tbsp. harrisa sauce/paste
  • 1 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to packet instructions and drain.
  • Add pasta with olive oil, yeast, salt, and za’atar mix in a mixing bowl.
  • Toss well, so all the seasoning coats well to the pasta.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 200C for 5 minutes, and air fryer the pasta for 10-12 minutes at 200C.
  • Toss the pasta couple of times, cook until pasta is golden light brown and crispy.
  • Serve the pasta chips immediately with harissa tahini sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soya flour 100g
  • 1 cup chickpea flour 100g
  • 1 cup sorghum flour 136g
  • 1 cup pearl millet flour 120
  • 1 cup quinoa flour 120g
  • 1 cup barley flour 150g
