This Virgin Mimosa is the non alcoholic version of the classic mimosa made with orange juice and non alcoholic sparkling wine or sparkling grape juice.
It’s perfect to serve to guests at brunch or special occasions and takes just 2 minutes of prep! Handy when guests have already started arriving.

I love how simple this recipe is – simply mix together equal parts orange juice with your bubbly drink of choice. I love the sweetness of sparkling grape juice but a non alcoholic sparkling wine or champagne is more authentic to the original!
You could pretty much call this a non alcoholic bucks fizz too.
For other mocktails options, you might like these Cranberry Mocktail or Pomegranate Mocktail . Some other great options all year round include Mango Mocktail and Watermelon Mocktail .

Ingredients
Orange juice – fresh orange juice tastes best but carton juice can works. If using carton, stick to a really good quality. One of my favourite brands is Tropicana.
Non-alcoholic sparkling wine – pretty easy to find in most supermarkets. A sweeter option is sparkling white grape juice.
Optional garnishes
Orange slice or orange peel ribbon and ice cubes.

When to serve a Virgin Mimosa
As this drink is alcohol free, it becomes a pretty universal drink. I’ve made it for get togethers with friends and it was such a hit! Here are some more options:
- Baby showers
- Mother’s Day
- Breakfast and Brunch
- Christmas morning
- Any other special occasions

Other Non Alcoholic Drink Recipes
Green Apple Martini
Mixed Berry Caipirinha
Rose and Hibiscus Sharbat
